Refund policy

At Black Pole Coffee, we take pride in delivering freshly roasted specialty coffee. Since coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns once the package is opened or used.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged package

  • The wrong product

Please reach out to us within 2 days of delivery at brew@blackpolecoffee.com. We will replace the product after verifying the concern.

In case of non-delivery of products due to any external causes, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
